Independent Innovators face marketing challenges in ways funded startups do not.  Most Indies (at least the one's I've met) have extensive domain experience and little marketing background.  A blog, smartly written, can be invaluable.  How to write a "smart" blog?  Read what others have done, experiment and be authentic.  Today I'm starting a new series called "Marketing with your blog", based partly on "10 articles bloggers should read" from http://www.performancing.com and my own research.  I am quoting some of their original list and adding my own to create this series.

First up:  CopyBlogger (copywriting tips for online success) has a great post about writing headlines, a link to headline writing software and pointers to their 8-part "Magnetic Headlines" series.
