I'm meeting Independent Innovators everywhere I turn.  As I said in the previous post, I'm at Microsoft's MIX07 conference this week and last night I attended a blogger dinner with Dave Winer of Scripting News, Dan Farber of ZDNet's Between The Lines blog fame, Bob Walsh author of ClearBlogging and Managing Director of Safari Software and Ben Skolnick of itechnw (www.itechnw.com) a small Indepdendent Innovator company providing custom development services out of Eugene, Oregon.  We had some good food at the Grand Lux Cafe here at the Venetian hotel and lots of great conversation both at dinner and later at the MixBlogZone hangout room upstairs.

I'm hoping to interview Dave for this blog/podcast as well as Bob while I'm here at MIX07.  Ben and I talked about an interview with his small company after MIX07 and I get email pretty regularly from folks who are starting companies looking for coverage (coming soon).
